Join us for the launch of an exciting series of public art events—The City of Us— in collaboration with public artist and art educator Won Kyoung Lee. Starting with a special invitation to community leaders in Lewiston, Maine, this unique art experience invites participants to create public art on individual snow globe-shaped wood panels. Together, we will share each of our hope and resilience through art as we celebrate the spirit of Lewiston Together.

• What: Public Art Creation Workshop

• With: Won Kyoung Lee in collaboration with Fowsia Musse and Yun Garrison

• Activity: Painting on snow globe-shaped wood panels

• Who: Kicking off with community leaders in Lewiston – all skill levels welcome!

• Cost: No admission fee – this event is free!

• Materials: All materials will be provided at no cost.

• Why: To express care for our community through the beauty of public art. Our goal is to feature the public art in a public space in Lewiston in the future.
